It's that time again! It's time for Zoya Ornate Swatches. I know you have seen them everywhere, but now here is my take on it!
I am splitting them up into two posts, one for Logan, Ziv and Electra, and one for The amazing holo's! Those needed a post all to themselves!
But right now, onto Electra!
Electra is micro fine diamond holographic glitter mixed with large silver holographic bar tinsel in a clear base. There is also just plain little silver bar glitter in there that doesn't sparkle! I was staring at my nails, and noticed that.
I know many people layered this over different colors, I wanted to see how it looked like on it's own! So I used three coats by it's self! It went on very easily and smoothly, no application problems at all! It got mostly opaque on it's own. Bar glitter isn't exactly my thing! But I did like Electra!
Next up is Zoya Ziv, which is a a full coverage, yellow-toned metallic gold foil with silver highlights and warm gold flake glitter accents. It has an amazing golden shimmer, and the larger golden flakes are super cool as well! I'm not a huge fan of gold, (It doesn't do well with my skintone, silver works better) But this one is pretty cool!
Application was a breeze, three easy coats and I was done! This would be super amazing way to dress up any dress, for those lovely Christmas parties!
And Lastly (For this post anyways!) We have Logan! Which is a full coverage, yellow-toned forest green with dense, foil-like yellow-gold and blue-green duochrome shimmer! I actually didn't see much of the blue shimmer, I just mostly saw the gold, though I guess you can see some of the blue in my swatches.
I loved this color, its a perfect Christmas color, it reminds me of forests full of evergreen trees, just waiting to be chopped down and brought back home to decorate and put presents around.
Well, we have reached the end of Part one? What do you all think?? Let me know!
You can find Zoya polishes here, they sell for $8.00 each!
Thanks for reading!
