In case you haven't heard, the month of August is going to be Indie Month here on Munchy's Nails! I will have swatches of Indies, a preview of a new collection coming out, (See Further down this post) A few indies I have made, and even an Indie Giveaway! So stay tuned for that!
But right now, I have two Polishes from 365 Days of Color, these are from her upcoming End of the Rainbow collection! And let me tell you, they are to die for! But don't just take my word for it!
First up, is Too Pink to Function. Awesome name isn't it?? And it's an even awesomer (Is that even a word?) polish. It's a gorgeous Baby Pink polish with several different sizes of rainbow glitter, and it has a beautiful blue shimmer in it, that didn't seem to want to come out to well on camera but trust me.. It's there and so beautiful! (You can kind of see it in my last photo, which I blurred a bit to show you.)
Application on this was good, The glitters came out well, and I had no trouble getting them on the nail, as you can see. However the polish its self was a bit thick, but I think that was due to the fact that it hit 91 degrees here (I live near Seattle, WA! It NEVER gets that hot here..) So I think that was what the problem was! I will try it again and let you all know!
The below pictures are 3 coats of Too Pink to Function, and one coat of Dazzle Try Top Coat, which smoothed it out beautifully.
Amazing isn't it?
However, that one has nothing on the one I am about to show you.
May I introduce you too My Little Cuppycake (Which surprisingly, makes me think of the song My Little Buttercup from The Three Amigos, every time I hear it) This is a beautiful white based polish with rainbow glitter and wait for it.. Rainbow Shreds! Yes, you heard me right.. Rainbow shreds!! This polish was.. amazing! It was literally a party on my nails!
It went on super well too not thick or goopy, and the glitters came out perfectly!, The below pictures are 3 coats of My Little Cuppycake and one coat of Dazzle Dry Top Coat!
