365 Days Of Color: Eiffel Tower

Hello All!

Today I have another amazing 365 days of color to show you! Seriously this polish is amazing, but then again, everything by this brand is amazing.

This Polish is called Eiffel Tower, and is apart of her upcoming collection Travel The World Collection! Which will be released with 7 of it's brothers and sisters later in June.

I LOVE the Eiffel Tower, and It was so amazing to have this color on my nails! It is filled with several different gold glitters as well as some gold Holo Hexes!! The glitter went on easily, and I had no trouble at all getting any of them out onto the nail!

The below pictures are two coats of Eiffel Tower over Sinful Black on Black! I used one coat of Poshe top coat, and I had no trouble with feeling any grittiness on my nails!

Essence Modern Romance

 Hello all!!

I hope you are all having an amazing day?

Lately, I have really be getting into Essence polishes! I love their cute tiny bottles, and their flat brush is super great for application, and these little Color and Go polishes are only 99 cents at Fred Meyer and Ulta! Their make up is also pretty nice as well! But, I won't be swatching the lip glosses I have from them for you. Even though they are amazing, and not sticky at all!

Just sayin'

Anyways, back to our nail polish!

This polish is called Modern Romance, and it is a shimmery light pinky peach.. This was actually pretty close to my actual skin tone, but when I matted it, the polish got darker, so no mannequin hands for me!

The polish went on super smoothly, and the below pictures are three coats of Modern Romance plus one coat of Poshe Top coat. (I switched top coats for now, to see how this one works out. I will let you know how I feel about it, the jury's still out.)

Cobalt Depths

Hello All!

I hope you are having a great week!

Today I have a special treat for you! A few months ago I got inspired to have a summer themed indie giveaway, and so I went to a few indie polish makers and asked them to help me come up with some summer themed polishes..

This is what the Lovely Karine came up with! The inspiration for this special polish, named Cobalt depths, is the ocean! It is a a deep blue jelly based, packed with small blue square glitter, bigger purple glitter, and even bigger light blue square glitter that did just not want to come out and play!!

Isn't it amazing??

This is two coats of Cobalt Depths over two coats of Sinfuls Sweet Dreams!!

There are only two of these polishes in existence! One for me, and one for my special giveaway!

Essence Duo's

Hello All!

I have a fun post for you today. Recently, I discovered a store near us called Fred Meyer, which is basically like a Wal-Mart or a Target, however they had an AMAZING Beauty section! They have Milani, Color Club, OPI, and best of all.. Essence!!

I saw this color Duo in Midnight Date, and I knew I had to have it.

It's a double ended nail polish bottle, with a dark shimmery blue on one end called Midnight Date, and the other side is a purple shimmery flakie top coat! Who doesn't like Flakies??

I really love the unique look to it. And the fact that you basically get three colors in the bottle.
I put on two coats of Midnight date. And it applied perfectly! It went on smooth and easily, and it was so gorgeous. And then on my accent nail, I added one coat of City that Never Sleeps, the flakie top coat! It was so amazing in real life, the pictures don't really do it justice. You can really see the shimmer in the bottle shots!

Models Own Tropical Sun

Hello all!!

And today, we finally have the last of the Beetle Juice Collection.. and one of my personal favorites, Tropical Sun!

This polish is an amazing light pinky coral with a great golden/yellow shimmer to it. The application was really good on this, however it is pretty sheer! Definitely  not at sheer as Indian Ocean.. but still sheer! This was about 5 coats, and I still had a tiny bit of VNL showing..

But the color is amazing!! It's a perfect color for spring...

I apologize in advance for some of the pictures... my pinkie was being wonky and was determined to have a mind of it's own. However it does show the color shift pretty well.

Models Own Emerald Black

Hello All!

Here we have the next in our Models Own BeetleJuice Series: Emerald Black!

This is one of my favorite Beetlejuice polishes. It's a black base with a stunning teal shimmer! I put this baby in the sun, and Bam!! I was knocked out by how amazing the shimmer was.. It was so beautiful, I seriously stared at it for about five minutes, just wiggling my fingers in the sun before taking pictures!

This was three coats, and the application was a bit tricky. It tended to be a little bit goopy and thick, but I think that is worth it for what you end up with.

Models Own Aqua Violet

Hello All!

I hope you are having a great day!

Next in my Models Own Beetlejuice series is :Aqua Violet!

This one was a favorite of mine! Check out that gorgeous blue shimmer! This is super stunning in the sun. I didn't see too much of the violet shift though. You can see a little bit of it in the second picture..So if you are a big violet fan, you might be disappointed, but I love blue! Not to much of a duo chrome.. but still pretty!

This was three coats of Aqua Violet, and it went on fairly well. I had no trouble with application. I used a top coat, and these pictures were taken in direct sunlight.
